We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping is a flat fee of $7.95. We ship via USPS or UPS within the contiguous US. Please allow 4-5 business days for processing and 4-10 days for delivery.
If your outdoor rug arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with it, please contact us within 30 days for return and refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom sized or shaped rugs.
Our premium teak furniture arrives pre-treated with oil to protect the rich color. We recommend re-oiling once or twice per year. Use mild soap and water for cleaning. Avoid abrasive chemicals or scrub brushes that may scratch the wood.
Our planters are perfect for displaying flowering annuals, hardy perennials, herbs, succulents, and small shrubs. Make sure to choose plants suited for the planter material, sunlight levels, and climate in your region.
